Physician well being Institute
Innovations in Resilience Physician Well being Institute is a program that has been developed by Physicians, Surgeons, and Healthcare Administrators specifically for Physician Leadership Development.
The Quadruple Aim of Healthcare - Healthcare that is affordable, high quality, and patient-centered while helping our caregivers rediscover joy, meaning, and purpose in their work, is a relatively new concept in healthcare and one that is the focus of the vast majority of the work that Innovations in Resilience does within healthcare.
This program is designed to accommodate busy physicians so they are able to quickly gain practical insights and skills directly applicable to their practice. The program provides a solid understanding of physician leadership and burnout prevention with an emphasis on their importance in the emerging healthcare delivery environment. Most importantly, participants will develop the tools necessary to become effective in taking on the issues and priorities that will reawaken joy, meaning, and purpose in their work and personal lives.
Organizations that have used our Physician Wellbeing Institute as a foundation for their own wellbeing programs have reduced burnout among their healthcare providers by up to 30% and increased their engagement by 25%.

DARE TO LEAD™
Dare to Lead is a courage building program based on the evidence and research of Dr. Brené Brown. Leaders who participate will learn skills to have hard conversations, hold themselves and others accountable, lead with empathy and connection, build trust, give and receive feedback, and pick yourself back up quickly after disappointments and setback. This 16-hour workshop, facilitated by Dr. Martin, a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator™, focuses on courage as a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.
Upon completion, participants will have the option to take an exam to become Dare to Lead certified. Certified participants will be given a LinkedIn badge, recognizing their mastery of the four skill sets of courage, as well as admission to a private LinkedIn group.
